Un regard comportemental sur les changements Agile

Le mode de fonctionnement de la culture anglo-saxonne est essentiellement pragmatique et orienté vers les processus. Cela correspond à une préférence spécifique dans la filière jungienne (MBTI®) et une motricité chez ActionTypes®. L’agilité induit un changement de comportement dans un groupe de personne. Restant pragmatique, elle correspond à une autre motricité (ActionTypes®) beaucoup plus orientée vers le servant leadership et la simplicité. En France, la culture des idées reste très loin de ce pragmatisme.
